Concerned about the plights of Internally Displaced Persons across parts of the country, particularly the North-East region, Minister of Information and Culture, Alh. Lai Mohammed, today, made a tour to Bama IDP Camp, in Maiduguri, Borno State.
He was received by the Borno State Deputy Governor, Usman Dwikwa; Theater Commandant, Maj. Gen. Abubaskar; Brigadier Commander, 21 Brigade Bama, Major Gen. Adeosun, who also accompanied him to the IDP camp. See photos below:

Why r d soldiers prostrating and has naija come to be like Ethiopia where we can't feed IDP people... This picture reminds me of a photographer who took d same picture and a vulture was just waiting for d child to die and d refugee camp was just 200metres which he could have easily picked d child to d refugee camp... He let d child die and d vulture had it's way, all just for a photograph. I was so happy to learn he died a horrible death...
