Davido Dares The Momodu's Family To Take Him To Court If They Want To See Baby Again

Davido's baby which he had with his baby mama, Sophia Momodu, is still with his family.

A member of the Momodu family told SUNDAY PUNCH on Saturday that the Adelekes threatened that only the court could take the baby away from them.
The family member who spoke on condition of anonymity said,
‘‘We have been told that only the court can take the baby away from them. But we also want to know if they took the baby away from the mother through the court. The baby’s mother is heartbroken and cries everyday over the matter.’’


Meanwhile, indications emerged on Saturday that the families of Momodu and Adeleke will meet with officials of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons this week over the petition sent by the Momodus to the agency on December 30, 2015.The agency had last week invited the parties concerned in the matter.

Sophia had in a petition by her lawyer, alleged that her daughter, Imade, was being held away from her by the Adelekes with an attempt to take her abroad without her consent.
SUNDAY PUNCH gathered from sources close to the two families that the parties concerned were ready to honour the invitation.

One of the sources who spoke with SUNDAY PUNCH on Saturday said,
 ‘‘I can confirm to you that the two families are meeting with the agency this week. I cannot say the exact day of the week because the agency gave an option for them to choose a particular day the two families can agree on. They are to come and explain what transpired before it got to the level of attempted abduction.’’

THEY NEVER SETTLE DIS MATTER, THE ADELEKE SHOULD GIVE BACK THE MOTHER HER DAUGHTER. IN FACT THEY HAVE LIMITED RIGTH FOR THEY HAVE DONE THE NECCESSARY RITES ON SAID WOMAN.

I will advise these parties to settle this matter off the court for their are some traditons that will take the baby to the mother and some opposit but what ever the case may be, Adalekes should hand back the baby to Momodus untill the baby is of age and Davido will be seeing his baby any time he wants if they are not giving the dog bad name just to hang it, but if oder wise, Adelekes shoul be wit their baby and the mother should be seeing the baby on agreed date and time.

Hmmmm.... Davido,  I just read ur
open letter. Honestly, I felt sad and
pity the innocent child Imade for d
secondhand cannabis which u
claimed has affected her health. If
true, this could have been prevented cuz u knew all along
that Sophie was smoking canabis.
Ur doctors were absolutely right! U
never can tell how the Cannabis
will impact on Imade's wholistic
health in the future. But I pray she will be perfectly alright. I pray everything goes well 4 her.
I'm sure u know if this happened in
some countries, Sophie will not
have access to that girl again! With
ur evidence, she has lost d right to
care for d vulnerable child. My heart bleeds for u Imade that u
