Are there no other elders who are more deep rooted spiritually than David Oyedepo Jnr? I have said it times before that churches are nothing but family enterprises. God will judge accordingly.

This is going to be great to see our father in the Lord PAPA as we use to call him, Bishop David Onyedepo to retire. His retirement at this time is not bad.since he will be there to be doing the FATHERLY advise. Then the question the entire world will be asking should be, who will take over the PAPA's position as the general overseer of the great Church since tne amiable Papa is retiring. Unless thus says the Lord, the best person to wear the Papa's big shoes is Bishop DAVID ABIOYE because of his knowledge his members, the marterials in the church and that of the founder him self.If am asked to say, I will say that the best person that knows what the PAPA wants is Bishop DAVID ABIOYE apart from God and his dear wife. The young man they are presenting to take over spent almost all his life overseas and Bishop DAVID ABIOYE, WAS THERE, IS THERE. AND WILL ALWAYS BE TNERE. I sence church politics if this young man, Pastor David Oyedepo jr will take over the church as the general overseer.

By their fruit we shall know them, I hope those worshipers that think they are paying their tithes into the House of God would now realise they are helping to build a Family Heritage. I hope Oyedepo will realise that passing the baton to his son may be the beginning of the unknown. Bishop Oyedepo should realise a scriptural Covenant is between man and God, and not between a man and his family.
