Nigeria shouldn't have accepted those okirika armoured vehicles donated by U.S.A

We all remember those 2nd hand armoured vehicles donated by U.S.A to Nigeria. I am sure that they wouldn't have donated 2nd jand vehicles to countries like Egypt, Morocco, Mail or South Africa.
Nigeria is too much to be have accepted such trash.
However, I don't blame them because they know that if Nigeria had contracted the job to buy brand new armoured vehicles to an indigenous company, the company will end up supplying okirika or refurbished vehicles. Also they know that since it's a gift, Nigeria will gladly accept it because we like awoof too much. My fellow Nijapals,,what do you think?
