Former CEO of Apple starts his own phone company

Former CEO of apple john sculler is starting his own phone company, far back in those day when steve jobs of apple wanted to employ John the CEO of Pepsi to manage his 4year old company, he refused, but it was hard saying to steve jobs.
John Sculley, now age 76 is starting his own phone company, the name of this phone is the Obi world phone, and the plan for Sculley is basically a mid-level low cost phone with two model, running a skinned version of android.

Scully being a business man has already notice the market trend and the Obi is following the adroidone, this is they are targeting the emerging markets.

The phone target market is 25years and younger and the emerging market of Asia, Africa and the Middle-East, a cheap cost and an inspiring design. Obi is relaying on themself and differentiate themselves in the industry.

Being a small private company, Obi has the ability to integrate design and swap out new components, it believes that it would be beneficial to their business.

This was what John sculley  said when he was ask if he was trying to remake the iPhone, he said “We are really inspired by the tremendous success of that apple has had with iPhone but apple is really not a competitor to us or we to them, what is happened is that technology is so commodities that it is now possible to build a high quality smartphone where we can differentiate with great design brought together the head of apple product design Robert Brunner when i was there, that we can sell a price that is way below anything that Apple will ever be interested in……”
