The young man enjoying the coolness of the gutter in a hot afternoon. A man, after heavily smoking marijuana jumped into one of the very dirty gutters in Lagos state and started swimming. It took the intervention of people around to rescue him as he felt comfortable in his acclaimed ‘swimming pool’.
