Tht is the faults of the government, , ,thoseare the first things they teach children from there kindergarten school in western world, the numbers of the rapid response, ie, AMBULANCE, POLICE, AND FIRE FIGHTERS. ,,, many Nigerians didn't know the numbers of the police force,, too bad as a nation
