Fayose did not set anything up OK. The guy you all see knelt down is truly a branch manager with zenith bank in Ekiti state. And by and large it was Gov Fayose that helped him secure a job in zenith bank during his first tenure as Ekiti state governor some years ago (12 yrs ago). The said guy kneeling down in the picture quickly  rose in promotion because of affiliation with the governors and his connection of bringing in Ekitii state account to zenith bank through his connection to fayose. So wot do you guys expect? put yourself in his shoes and i bet you will do more than kneeling down to beg and appease your helper.
