He is not speaking fluently but he tried.go to YouTube and see Oyimbo speaking Yoruba and Ibo .i know one Bosnia guy here in Vienna who speaks Igbo and Agbor language fluently.i asked him how he learnt it and he told me he was in jail with Igbos and Agbor guys for 6years and that was how he learnt the language.he also sing some Igbo Gospel music
