 WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THIS COUNTRY TURAI, JONATHAN AND  >:(YAR ADUA,CAN U IMAGINE SECURITY WHERE CHANGE AT THE AIRPORT AN HOUR BEFORE THE ARRIVAL OF OUR MR PRESIDENT WHO AS BEEN ON SICK LEAVE FOR MORE THAN 3 MONTH AND THE ACTING PRESIDENT IS NOT AWARE OF THE CHANGE WHILE WE ARE TOLD MR ACTING PRESIDENT IS IN CHARGE OF CHIEF OF ARMY AND DEFENCE OF THIS COUNTRY,LIKEWISE SINCE THE ARRIVAL WE HAVE NOT HEARD ANY THING FROM MR PRESIDENT.WHO IS IN CHARGE
