My dear, you have no evidence. If you have had evidence, i would have advised that you begin to get closer to your dad and try to ask him if he really love your step mother. After listening to him, calmly invite any trusted and very mature member of your father's family. maybe your grand dad, or uncle, i mean someone really close to your dad and that you trust. While together, without your step mom, tell them what you saw with the evidence. You guys will put head together and know what to do. Its Good you let your dad know, at least for his safety but with evidence otherwise, people will think u want to come b/w them. Your safety also is very important, so be discreet.

Just tell your dad and keep it secret. Then ask your play a game by telling her he is travelling out of town for one week.then you both can now monitoring her.and on the day of the incident do not show yourself or else you we regret it
