how can the country scrap this useless program when many in the National Assembly are either sleeping on the job or busy looting?


and on the other hand, these graduates should pool their resources and brain power and clean up and repair their lodgings and leave a blueprint for incoming students to make the hostels world class! they should take pride in their domiciles instead of snapping pictures of the decrepit conditions. snap pictures of ur elbow grease and improvements for others to emulate and compete with throughout the country.   

carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and painting skills are easily accessed in the internet these days.

there's no excuse living in a pigsty for one year while having a functioning brain in one's head.
