Mixed Reactions Trail The Federal Govt's Authorisation Of Arms Bearing For FRSC Officials

The Federal Government has granted officials of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), the authority to carry arms while on duty. Corps Marshal and Chief Executive of FRSC, Boboye Oyeyemi, disclosed this in Abuja this weekend, saying the need for the officers to bear arms arose from the increased number of violent attacks and loss of their personnel as a result. i said it before here that it doesnt make sense
to armed this so call road safety....there job is safety on the highway and to motorist nonsense
