he has a valid court order to do so.
. Not really. He is NOT the competent person to carry out the Judicial Order, even if it is his personal money. The EFCC to who the Order is directed is the appropriate Organ to so  do, having carried out the freezing ab initio. The fact that both Courts have equal jurisdiction the EFCC is definitely authorised to appeal the Judgment, which it has done. Some Bank Officials might get their hands burnt on this Issue, they can't hide under any case of being intimidated by the Governor, who can't definitely force himself into the Bank vault.

The Bank may be shut. Fayose can't legally withdraw his money because it was EFCC that ordered the Freezing of the Account, and it is the same EFCC that can carry out the Orders. The fact that the two Courts are of equal Jurisdiction should have alerted the Bank to be on the side of caution.

You are talking rubbish Chief. Appeal the judgement? Where is the outcome of the appeal? Until the appeal is substantiated, he has the full right to carry out transactions with his Zenith account.

EFCC sought for orders to freeze the account which was granted, Fayose also went to the same court to query the legality of EFCC freezing his account. As far as Nigeria's constitution is concerned, the court have spoken and that overrules the powers of EFCC which was established by the constitution, anything short of that is impunity. The only option left with them is to again appeal the judgement and until substantiated, Fayose has right to his bank account.
