Heavy Fire Guts Residence Of Akwa Ibom Commissioner On Christmas Day (Photos)

The residence of Akwa Ibom State Commissioner for Works, Mr Ephraim Inyang, was gutted by fire in Ewet Housing Estate, Uyo, last night (Christmas day). The Commissioner, his wife and other members of his household were reportedly in the village celebrating the Christmas with the people of ONNA LGA when the unfortunate incident struck. The inferno which razed down his bedroom also destroyed important documents of the Commissioner.
