After the collapse of the biggest shopping mall (if completed) in Utako district of Abuja which was allegedly owned by James Ibori, here is what he keeps at home just for emergency. Fellow spammer, the Former Governor of Delta State who was a Supermarket Cashier ...in London and later became a Governor, turned the state treasury to his Own. What a dissapointed nation are we buiding? He now Bank for Delta State in his House. Apparently he has a branch of the Central Bank in his house.
