Your Pastor Is Not Your 'DADDY' - Reno Omokri Slams Church Goers

Your pastor is not your daddy. His wife is not your mummy. Your mum and dad are at home and both need and deserve the love you give to pastors more. Remember we reap what we sow. If you focus on your pastor to the detriment of your poor aged parents, don't expect your own kids to do for you what you refused to do for your parents. Your pastor probably has kids. I am sure his kids do not call you mummy or daddy when you visit his house. They probably laugh at you behind your back, a grown man calling their daddy who might be your age mate or even younger daddy! In a week you call your spiritual daddy 100 times yet in the last 1 year you have not called your biological dad 10 times. Shame on you as you read 1 Timothy 5:8 #RenosNuggets.

It's just the NIGERIA WAY way of getting round the verse that says "AND DO NOT CALL ANYONE ON EARTH FATHER, FOR YOU HAVE ONE FATHER....

That's why some Pentecostal church goers pour scorn on the Catholic Church for addressing leaders as reverend  fathers.

They used the nearest synonym to the word FATHER which is DADDY.

And yes I agree they should NOT call church leaders DADDY or MUMMY.

They are ENGLISH words (NOT NIGERIAN) that have specific meanings.

Too much of daddy and mummy makes them slump,slip or even sleep over..  The day they retrieve their senses back from men in suits disguising as men of GOD ::)while running shows more than guy men ::)thats the day things will start getting back to normal.. While men worship them,they in turn worship politicians . They day we retrieve our senses back from pastors and politicians,things will change..
