Man Charged To Court For molesting And Impregnating His Sister In Law While Wife Was Out Of Town

A 47-year-old man, Magaji Mohammed, who allegedly raped and impregnated his sister-in-law, was, yesterday, brought before an Ikeja chief magistrate’s court. The accused, a driver who resides at Agege, a suburb of Lagos, is facing a two-count charge bordering on rape. The prosecutor, Inspector Clifford Ogu, told the court that the accused committed the offence in November 2016 and February 28, 2017.
According to Ogu, “the accused raped the girl when his wife travelled out of town. And when the girl discovered that she missed her period, she told the accused. “The accused gave the girl a herbal concoction, leading to an abortion.” The prosecutor said that the offence contravened Sections 147 and 259 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.

November last year and  February this year.twice and you called that rape.the girl was also enjoying it.if not she would have cried out after the first one
