70-Year-Old Man Arrested In Kano For Molesting 8-Year-Old Granddaughter Of His Childhood Friend

A 70-year-old man has been arrested by the Kano State Police Command for reportedly molesting the granddaughter of his childhood friend and neighbour, an offence he has long confessed to.

Briefing newsmen on the incident, DSP Magaji Majiya, Kano State Police Public Relations Officer, said the suspect was arrested at Gaida Fadama quarters for segxwally assaulting the eight-year-old girl after giving her N400. “He confessed to the crime and investigation is still in progress,” Majiya added.
