She might be right. The caller actually dialed the wrong number. Most times, people do dialed wrong number  and apologies afterward. Mercy please report immediately to the police and be very alert and vigilant because by your post, those bad guys will have known its you they wrong dialed and might want to take future advantage of your number. Their message actually sound like they are kidnappers or assassins. if possible, change that phone number. its better to be vigilant these wicked days.
