I was in computer village Ikeja when this thief was caught while ransacking an office he walked into and found no one on seat. On interrogation, it was discovered that he also uses vodoo charms to sell fufu padded dummy phones to people.
Now my concern is this: when the police arrived, the only suggestion they made was that the boy should be beaten up and set free afterwards. "Why not take him to the station and punish him there?" The office owner asked, the police responded by saying nothing will come out of it and in fact the only person that will spend money is the office owner if eventually the thief is taken to the station and charged to court...are you beginning to see where our local criminals get their confidence from?

IN EVERY CIVILIZED NATION JUNGLE JUSTICE IS A BIG CRIME, BUT THAT DID NOT HAPPEN JUST A DAY, IT TOOK THEM MANY YEARS OF STEP BY STEP DEVELOPEMENT, A POLICE MAN DUTY MUST BE  FIRST AND FOREMOST  FOR THE GOOD INTEREST OF EVERY CITIZEN OF THE NATION, SECURITY AND SAFETY MUST BE THE MAJOR WORK OF A POLICEMAN. IT DOES NOT MATTER THE SITUATION, THAT IS WHY YOU ARE CALL A POLICE MAN; JUNGLE JUSTICE IS BARBARIC AND UNCIVILIZED

Honestly this is so bad. bad in the sense that jungle justice could lead to an innocent person's death. The policeman was right in the sense that the thief was caught in the act. Prison don too full my people. If we decide to arrest people doing bad in that country, i swear, only 10% will be found to be without a single case.
