SMH! Workers In Adamawa State Offer Fasting & Prayers To God Over 4 Months Unpaid Salaries (PHOTOS)

Special prayers have been offered by Staff of Fufore local government area in Adamawa state over their 4-months salary being owed them by the state government.  Here are photos of the local government workers as they offered prayers below;

 I just want to ask, Is it God that owes them salaries?

God can't answer such prayer cuz they have gotten their Monthly Allocations from where they can pay their salaries; what they need to do is to occupy the Governor's office for 1 week. Then the governor will do the needful.
