A military helicopter has been spotted allegedly hovering over the home of IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu as soldiers continue a show of force in the South East. An alleged military helicopter has been spotted hovering over the home of leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu in Afaraukwu, Abia state.

Sharing the video of the incident on Facebook, a user, Somto Okonkwo wrote:

"Nigerian Army jet hovering over the home of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.”

There has been tension in the state for the past two days now after Nigerian soldiers with armoured tanks were spotted at the entrance to the home of Kanu. The soldiers had also clashed with IPOB members resulting in casualties.
