Business Man, Mohammad Ibrahim Gidi Remanded In Prison Over N1.086Million Fraud (Photos)

The EFCC, today Thursday 19th October, 2017, arraigned one Mohammad Ibrahim Gidi, before Hon. Justice Sa’ad Mohammed of State High Court 2, on one count charge bordering on Obtaining Money by False Pretence.

Mohammad Ibrahim was alleged to have sometimes in May, 2016, induced Abdullahi Saidu to deliver him 62 bags of local Beans worth One Million and Eighty Six thousand, Two Hundred Naira. (N1,086,200.00) and promised to pay him in a week time, and all effort by the complainant to get his money paid proves abortive.


While adjourning the case to 31st October, 2017 for hearing, Justice Sa’ad also ordered to be remanded in prison custody.
