Facebook user, Ogirima Nana Sule, shared this heartbreaking video of a civil servant and his wife who just lost their daughter due to lack of money for hospital bills in Kogi State.

According to him, Kogi state government is owing him 10 months salaries.

Please for heaven's sake where are all the NGO's and the senate and house of reps? I believe we are just avoiding the inevitable, Somebody should tell the governor to act fast or else he is calling for anarchy in that state.
