Chelsea return to the Hawthorns for the first time since their Premier League title-clinching victory of last season when they face West Brom.

Michy Batshuayi's sole goal secured the Blues' 28th league win of the campaign in May on the way to a record-breaking season, but their title defence this term has been underwhelming at times.

A win over Manchester United last time out was a much-needed positive note after a string of unimpressive performances both home and in European competition in the weeks preceding.

West Brom, meanwhile, have not won since August and serious questions are being asked of Tony Pulis's job security midway through a campaign for the first time in his managerial career.

Start time

West Brom host Chelsea at the Hawthorns with kick-off scheduled for 3pm on Saturday, November 18.

Team news

Antonio Conte has a fresh injury concern on his hands after Tiemoue Bakayoko reportedly pulled up in training.

The summer arrival was not picked by France for international week so has spent the week at Cobham upping his personal fitness only to have to bow out of a session early on Friday.

In addition, Michy Batshuayi was forced to withdraw from the Belgium squad with a foot injury and has returned to Chelsea.

Gary Cahill is a slight doubt but will be assessed while on England duty as doubts over David Luiz's place in the squad under Conte continues.

West Brom have no fresh injury concerns with only Craig Dawson and James Morrison still sidelined.
