Manchester United will be looking to keep within touching distance of Premier League leaders Manchester City when they host Newcastle United on Saturday.

A 1-0 loss to Chelsea last time out saw Pep Guardiola & Co. move eight points clear after just 11 games, a record advantage at this point of a Premier League season.

United will be playing after all of their title rivals at the weekend to round off a busy Saturday schedule which could see them drop to fourth before kick-off at Old Trafford.

Start time

Manchester United host Newcastle United at Old Trafford with kick-off scheduled for 5.30pm on Saturday, November 18.

Team News

Manchester United have lost Phil Jones after the defender was forced off during the first half of England's 0-0 draw with Germany.

Jones joins Michael Carrick, Paul Pogba and fellow centre-back Marcos Rojo on the sidelines.

Newcastle are without Mikel Merino, Christian Atsu and captain Jamaal Lascelles for the trip to Old Trafford

Merino is still struggling with a back injury while Lascelles and Atsu - ankle and thigh respectively, were forced off in the home defeat to Bournemouth.
