Do you agree that you are benefiting from your sister’s fame?
Since I was little, she has always been there for me. She has made me grounded and to understand certain things about music. She also told me to go out and prove myself.
How do you feel when people say your sister sings better than you?
My sister is my blood and nothing can change that. There is nothing more important than the bond we share and we love each other. When people say things like that, I just ignore them. I actually don’t care about what anyone says. As long as my sister is in my life, I am happy. Our happiness is the most important thing to me, even before music. Till date, she makes sure I don’t go astray in anything I do in life.
Are you not under pressure to succeed as your sister is doing well?
I don’t feel any pressure. I don’t care or think of what anyone says. I am living my life the way I want it and it has helped me to achieve the little things I have been able to do. The only people that matter to me are my boss, manager, family and people around me. If these people say something bad about me, I think about it and take it seriously. But for any other person, I don’t care.
