According to viral reports, this mentally challenged couple were intercepted while in the process of having sex in an uncompleted building in Aba, Abia State. They were reportedly stopped by residents who chased them out. They stood together after the incident, looking disappointed.

The baby might actually be normal,but growing up alongside the parents will make the baby develop tendencies of mental issues.
