Buhari claiming victory over Boko Haram but this incessant unprecedented killing can’t be ordinarily .Lets not generalize this nefarious mass killing in every part of the country to Fulani herdsmen .If our intelligence agency are not correlating or gathering their findings randomly ,we Nigerian can come to the conclusion that the war on terror is taking a different shape and terror is fighting back in different formula under the aegis of Fulani herdsmen .These is Boko Haram handiwork .our millitar claiming victory on frontline dispersing and destroying Boko Haram hideout but the same terrorist are killing unhindered in daylight across the coubtry. Buhari ,u are not winning the war on terror mr. President.
