After 21yrs of the state’s existence, Bayelsans had every reason to celebrate having witnessed the first time a seaplane will land on their soil on this day, 21st February, 2018.
The State Governor, Hon. Seriake Henry Dickson was pictured inside the seaplane when they test drived it at Oxbow Lake, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
This occasion would mark the very first time since the creation of the state, that this kind of technology had been seen in the parts.
According to reports, the seaplane will fly passengers to Lagos, Abuja and other riverine areas at affordable price.

Just before all these drama I used to take nija more seriously ,believing we are truly Africa giant but not knowing that we still suck in Stone Age mentality .And for the record this 1960 old crap one engine silliot is what we celebrating as a modern tech ! Wow ! Nija u still in d dark despite all our pride to the world .
