Informing that one of the victims was held for four days, Ajao added that the cat was let out of the bag by a neighbour who reported the matter to the operatives after an alarm by the victim’s mother.

Ajao said the Corp has been working tirelessly in conjunction with the police to ensure that criminals did not have a place in the state, adopting both overt and covert strategy.

He remarked that cultism has become a remarkable ground for breeding criminals, assuring that all efforts would be made to nip it n the bud.

“From cultism they graduate into kidnapping, into rape and other heinous crime and that is why we have changed our strategy to focus on cultism.

“We want to begin to visit schools now to sensitise their principals on the need to be conscious of the activities of their student,”

One of the victims  accused Damilare and Wakili of gang-molesting her and her friend after forcing them under gun point to their hideout.

“Dare came to me in the school with gun that I should follow him to Agarawu that they are going to initiate me or else he will kill me. When we got there, they formed a circle and asked me to kneel down in their midst. They tie my face, sprinkle some things on my body, asked me to undress and raped me countless time for four days,” she recounted.

In a chat with journalists, two of the suspects Kamal and Quadri confirmed having fun with the victims, but denied gang-molesting them.

One of the suspects, Damilare said he witnessed one of the incidents when Wakilu and Yinka raped one of the girls, but denied his involvement.
