Justice Yusuf Halilu of an Abuja High Court Wednesday granted bail to Maryam Sanda who is standing trial on allegations of killing her husband, the late Bilyaminu Halilu, nephew of former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chairman, Dr. Bello Haliru.

She was granted bail on health grounds, following a fresh application for bail argued by her counsel, Mr. Joseph Daudu (SAN), having denied her bail on three previous occasions.
