although, for hygienic sake, it is normal to brush before making attempt to kiss your partner after you wake up in the morning. why the rush? personally, one may not find it pleasant with such kiss before brushing. however, if the situation does not permit someone to brush in time, you may go ahead and kiss before brushing teeth, but on a constant bases is not advisable because he or she may be pretending that all is well.
