When other tribes can not get even one slot, no matter how qualified. My Son had over 250 in Jamb and on three occasions he took NDA Exam and each time he was shortlisted, I was asked to change his state of origin to a Northern state before he can be considered because Imo State, his State of origin, has very small quota. That is the irony of being an Ibo man.
