Real Madrid continues their latest assault on the Champions League with a trip to CSKA Moscow on Tuesday. Los Blancos sparked their attempt to win this competition for a fourth consecutive season with a thumping win over AS Roma in match week one. Julen Lopetegui's have already landed in Russia as they look to make it two wins from two, although they will be without two key men come kick-off. Gareth Bale and Sergio Ramos have not made the trip to Russia. Ramos suffered a cut during a clash of heads with Saul Niguez in Saturday’s Madrid derby and while he was able to see out the contest, Lopetegui has opted to leave this skipper at home. Bale meanwhile was forced off at half-time with the club still to determine the severity of his injury. Marcelo and Isco, who missed the goalless draw against Atletico, have also been left out. CSKA and Real met in the round of 16 stage of this competition in 2011/12. After being held to a 1-1 draw in the Russian capital, Los Blancos eased to a 4-1 win back in Madrid.

Possible Line Ups
CSKA Moskva: Akinfeev; Fernandes, Becão, Chernov, Nababkin; Bijol, Akhmetov; Vlašić, Dzagoev, Oblyakov; Chalov

Real Madrid: Navas; Carvajal, Varane, Nacho, Regulión; Casemiro, Kroos, Modrić, Ceballos; Benzema, Asensio
