Yes, Brazil are always the pre - tournament favorites for the cup! But can mighty Brazil win it this time?
Let's look at some statistics as given by the 'unseen hand of providence' - Brazil is the only country to have won the World Cup outside Europe or Latin America:

In 1994 in U.S.A & South Korea / Japan 2002. Also, notice the 8-yr period between 1994 and 2002. And also the 8-yr period between 2002 and 2010, so is Brazil destined by the gods to win this time around as well?
