OH God protect them!  what horrible Barbaric practices!  :'( don't they know that does nothing to stop them from growing?? it only burns and injures them! haven't they hears of sports bra's! or even just a tight cloth around their chest to hold them flat??  and what about TALKING to the girls to teach them not to allow a man to touch them, till they are of age??!
