How did the blackNigerian coupleliving in London give birth to a white daughter?This is the puzzle some British doctors tried to unravel on Thursday and Friday as they came out with a startling revelation that more Nigerians may give birth to white children.According to a report on the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), on Thursday night, British doctors were quoted as saying that it was no more an uncommon thing for Nigerian women to give birth to white children.According to them, many Nigerians may be harbouring long dormant Caucasian DNA from a long-forgotten interracial relationship and this may have led to the situation of Ben and Angela Ihegboro who gave birth to a blonde baby, Nmachi.The BBC quoted the doctors as giving three potential reasons for the baby’s unusual feature.
