RIVERS STATE GOVT. CLOSE COMPANIES OF TAX DEFAULTERS

Yesterday, the rivers state govt stated closing of companies that have refused to pay thier taxes which has amounted to 0.5billion naria. Among the notable cvompanies are: NOVOTEL HOTEL - 130milliom, Stena drilling - 800thonsand, etc.

Wat is disturbing me is dat, dey see all the numerous developmental projects going on in the state by dis administration, yet pple are making moneying without paying their tax for more than 3,4, 5,6years. But they will stil cut o9ff Tax from their workers salary.

If all the state givt. will follow dis train, at least we fit get hope 4tomorow.
