They say we blacks mostly nigerians can not speak good english

i quit disagree with that statement the we blacks, mostly Nigerian's cannot speak English. I have traveled to some part of the world and if i am to say, Nigeria should be termed an English speaking country. We are far better than some counties that termed themselves SO CALLED DEVELOPED COUNTRIES. Look at China, Japan and others, that seems to be the center of the world where every business man go and transact business but you hardly find someone who can speak little English not even a good one. please i think it is high time we bend the foreigner to learn our language as long as they are in our country.WE SHOULD BE PROUD OF OUR LANGUAGE!!

And then ? is it not a borrowed language ? we have our own languages, can they speak igbo or hausa ?
