well, for my own view when it comes to wedding arrangement.....is not a bad idea if the woman assist [to who to be her hubby]with the little she can.

I dont think it's a bad idea....there's nothing wrong in that. gone are the days that the whole responsibility of a wedding ceremony would be on the mans pucket alone we are in a new age so everything has to be new...........

Agreed not 50-50 but weight more on men. What if the woman has more than the man and wish to have it grandiose while the man can afford for a modest ceremony. Will she only be assisting/support or foot the bill according to her test?

Oh really......and what exactly do u mean by he should stand as a man?
A real man would wnt 2 finish evrything abt marrying his wife (both Trad/Wedding). By d way,,, is it right 4 a woman 2 marry herself? where a woman marries herself in2 a man's home,,, what do u call dat kinda marriage? And what do u xpect thereafter?

Exactly, this pôst is to know if a woman who does that will stand to give the same respect to her husband

What i'm trying to say here is that..what if the man is not finacially fit and the woman in question has some little money... will it be a crime if she support the man.........what u women dont understand here is that being a real man is not all about if u have money it's just sad that u women just want the whole thing to be on the man's pucket which is unfair

It is not good for a woman to pay for her bride price. There will be no respect for the man as a husband, it will means that the has now becomes the husband and the he will never have any say in that marriage. but I believe that in some countries women do pay for their husband bride price but how true it is is what I do not know.
