How do you tell a child where babies come from?

Suppose you don't ever want to use the stork story or lie to them about it no matter what age they are because that will cause, in turn, trust issues between the child and parent(s), and confusion. How do you tell them the truth?

Tell them truth. This is a good chance to teach them about sex. Who ever told you that children can't handle the truth?

Telling your kids how nature works will not make them spoilt. You just need to tell them that having sex is something they have to do when they are ready and not before. Cause it will hurt them if they do it before they are ready.

Somebody said delivery tapes, that is cool. It may inspire them to want to become surgeons or the likes.
