why is it that wen a girl kiss another guy,they call it having fun?but wen guy kiss another it means you are cheating.Can som1 tell me why?

I saw my GF with another guy, I asked who the
guy was, she said "he is just a friend and nothing more"
do you want me to believe that? I am sure if she sees
