* POSITIONS

Waiters: Minimum of 2 years experience required
Chefs: Minimum of 5 years experience required Cooks: At least:3 years experience required
Restaurant Managers: A good degree in Hospitality or related discipline
Experience Hostesses: Minimum of HND is required
Experienced Bar Staff: Minimum of 2 years experience required
