i dont think that the manufacturers should be blame now but d buyers who buys a product without asking how it works and not finding out if it will work in their enviroment or not,and they are busy blaming the poor graduate,i wonder how many standard computers  were in d university hall for the students 2 practice with or how  many times in a year is d school on strike.
