Angry Mob Sets Zenith Bank Ablaze Over Police Shooting

Angry mob in Abuja set a branch Zenith Bank building ablaze over the killing of a taxi driver in front of the bank by a police guard. The incident which took place at Mpape village, a suburb of Nigeria's federal capital.Thousands of protesters stormed the premises of bank and barricaded the roads and set the bank building on fire.

It took the intervention of FCT Police Commissioner , John Aruna,  who led  a
detachment of mobile police to the scene to put the situation under control.
