That depends on a whole load of factors. Sometimes I'll just go for it, other times I'll just choose to ask for it to make her wonder why, or if I sense a kiss is the last thing she'll heartily welcome at that moment.
In a relatonship, being totally predictable can kill the passions. Mind U, what works for her, works for me.
