What poverty is causing

Right. Poverty can lead to some very unpleasant choices. The state
government need to step in to protect these innocent children.
Possible Solutions:
1. Put these children up for adoption. So many families want children but are unable to have any.
2. Put them in orphanages
3. Provide financial assistance for biological parents to take care of their children.
4. Birth control education

I feel like puking! Well, God's ways are incomprehensible. There are thousands of rich couples looking for the fruit of the womb without success...but these nonentities have them droves....give birth like rats! Pathetic!
