bring up a child in d way dat when they grow they will not depart 4rm it
So parents have a bigger role to play in bringing up the child in proper way but when he grows or when he is growing up and starts misbehaving may b thru bad companies, environment or spiritual problems dats anoda issue

So I think d blame goes 2 d parents
